Lebanese forces and a rescue team inspect a charred vehicle hit by an Israeli strike near the Lebanese town of Khiara, in the Western Beqaa District of eastern Lebanon. According to a Lebanese security source, the strike killed Ayman Ghotmeh, a commander from Jamaa Islamiya, a Lebanese group close to Hamas. IMAGES
Images show the aftermath of a missile that hit near a kindergarten in Kramatorsk, eastern Ukraine. The missile carved a huge crater in front of the kindergarten, which had some 250 pupils and 70 staff before the war broke out. Debris from the strike, which sparked a small fire in the building and smashed windows, was strewn around the playground and lay near colourful murals on a school building. IMAGES
