Several dead after explosions and gunfire rattle Indonesian capital

Description

Explosions and gunfire tore through Indonesia’s capital on Thursday morning in the first major attack on the world’s most populous Muslim-majority country since 2009. The attack follows threats made by the Islamic State in late November that “there will be a concert” in Indonesia — meaning that Indonesia is a target.
