Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan arrives in Moscow ahead of a tripartite meeting with Russian and Azerbaijani leaders on Nagorno-Karabakh. Vladimir Putin is due to receive Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the Armenian PM in Moscow for trilateral talks on the implementation of the cessation of hostilities agreement in the contested region, signed on November 9 under the aegis from Russia.
