US envoy to UN rejects Russia claim of 'military-biological activities' in Ukraine

"The United States does not have a biological weapons program. There are no Ukrainian biological weapons laboratories supported by the United States," US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield tells the Security Council, strongly rejecting Russia's claim of such activity. SOUNDBITE
