Thousands demonstrate in French capital for action to end violence against women

Thousands of demonstrators filled the streets in central Paris during a protest to demand legislation and funds to fight violence against women. Calling for two billion euros per year, demonstrators carried placards reading "0.6% of rapists convicted" or "0.1% of GDP, it's too much to ask?". IMAGES
