EU chief Charles Michel arrives at Kyiv's railway station for an unannounced visit to the Ukrainian capital, to mark the tenth anniversary of the start of the pro-European Maidan protest movement. The pro-European protest movement -- in which around 100 civilians died in violent clashes with security forces in the capital -- ultimately led to the ouster of Kremlin-backed President Viktor Yanukovych. The UN's atomic agency chief Rafael Grossi warns of "increasing" military activity around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant during a rare visit to the plant currently controlled by Russian forces. Kyiv and Moscow have accused each other of shelling the plant, increasing fears of a disaster. SOUNDBITE
