The Eritrean President, Isaias Afwerki, who is visiting Nairobi calls Tigray rights abuse allegations a "fantasy of those who want to derail any peace process achieving its goal" adding that it is "in the minds of those who are owning this factory I call a factory of fabricating misinformation".
