Target of major Bolivia manhunt sends video thanking police for 'tip-off'

Description

Alleged drug trafficker Sebastian Marset Cabrera claims in a video sent to local TV channel Unitel that a Bolivian anti-drug police chief allegedly gave him prior warning of an attempt to arrest him. Bolivian police have denied tipping him off and continue to search for him. Marset Cabrera is wanted on drug charges in Uruguay, his native country, as well as Paraguay, Brazil and the United States.
