600 hectares and car warehouse burned after Spain fires

Cars lie burned out on the ground after fires near Verin town in Galicia's Orense Province left 600 hectares burned and several private properties damaged. Since the start of the year Spain has experienced 354 wildfires which have ravaged nearly 230,000 hectares, more than in any other nation in Europe, according to the European Union's satellite monitoring service EFFIS.
