EU foreign ministers meet in Luxembourg, with Israel's conflict with Hamas at the top of the agenda. EU foreign police chief Josep Borrell urged faster aid deliveries to the besieged Gaza Strip, saying that the few dozen trucks of humanitarian aid that had been allowed into the enclave from Egypt were not enough. Iran has agreed to reconnect surveillance cameras at several nuclear sites and increase the pace of inspections, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency says. "There was a reduction in monitoring activities related to cameras and monitoring systems," Rafael Grossi tells reporters at Vienna airport after returning from Tehran.
