Police and crime scene investigators attend the scene in east London after a sword-wielding man wielding stabbed a 14-year-old boy, who died in hospital. London police say they have arrested a 22-year-old man after a seven-year-old girl was left fighting for her life following a shooting that took place as mourners left a church service.
