Ahead of a major summit on AI to be held in the UK on 1-2 November 2023, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says he will propose setting up a panel of scientific experts to look at the risks of the new technology, along the lines of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. IMAGES
