ISIS turns off water to pro-government towns in Iraq

Description

Islamic State militants have closed a major dam, shutting off water to pro-government towns in Western Iraq, prompting families to evacuate the region, according to a Reuters report. The move gives ISIS a better position from which to attack government forces downstream on the southern bank, local officials said.
