A first delivery of mpox vaccines is expected to arrive in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the coming days, the World Health Organization's chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus says during a UN press briefing in Geneva. Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell says that his "confidence has grown" that the battle against inflation is on track. "After a pause earlier this year, progress toward our 2 percent objective has resumed.
