Trial of former Normandy mayor for drug trafficking resumes

The former mayor of Canteleu in Normandy, Melanie Boulanger, arrives at the Bobigny criminal court, where she will be tried along with 18 other defendants for a vast drug trafficking operation in her small town. The hearing, which had barely begun on Monday 27 May, had been suspended for the week due to a pending appeal. The outcome of the trial depends on the high court. IMAGES
