A handout photograph of Catherine, Princess of Wales, dominates UK newspaper front pages, with AFP and other agencies withdrawing the image over manipulation concerns after it was released by Kensington Palace as the first official portrait of the 42-year-old since undergoing surgery in January. Britain's Prime Minister Keir Starmer meets newly-appointed Welsh First Minister Eluned Morgan.
