Scottish leader calls for second independence referendum by 2021

Description

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announces the Scottish government will introduce legislation "shortly" as a first step towards another independence referendum to be held by 2021. She adds that she hopes the legislation will be agreed by the end of 2019.
