Kenya: IEBC vice chair 'categorically' upholds opposition to vote outcome

"The results (...) declared and announced by Mr. Wafula Chebukati (...) do not represent the declaration and announcement by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission," says IEBC vice chair Juliana Cherera. Cherera is one of four members of the electoral body who have contested the result of Kenya's presidential election, which declared William Ruto winner. SOUNDBITE
