Tourists react outside Buckingham Palace in London as King Charles III has been diagnosed with a form of cancer and has begun treatment, Buckingham Palace said earlier, just a week after he was discharged from hospital for prostate surgery. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is welcomed at the presidential palace by the country's president Gitanas Nausėda in Vilnius after arriving in the Lithuanian capital for an unannounced visit to the Baltic states, staunch allies of the war-torn country. US President Joe Biden solemnly recalls Queen Elizabeth II's "notion of service" at Buckingham Palace as he attends a reception hosted by King Charles III. After signing the book of condolences, he also reminisces on eating crumpets with the late queen, and how "she had that look like, "Are you okay? Anything I can do for you?"
