Police Director Toney Armstrong said during a press conference that they have identified 29-year-old Tremaine Wilbourn as the suspect in the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Memphis Police Officer Sean Bolton, who was killed during a routine traffic stop on Saturday night just after 9:15 p.m.
